Our goto groomer for our dog. The staff here are absolutely fantastic and do an amazing job hence we will be back again and again.

What an absolute gem of a place! Lovely to deal with, awesome service with everything seamless from start to finish - and very happy with the groom. Found them through Google and checked their website out, and was super impressed with everything they’re about - from the day care policies to training methods, and everything in between. It’s obvious that these ladies love what they do, and it shows in the small things - they actually wrote down what I wanted (something I’ve never actually seen at a groomers before), gave Quinn back with a cute little bandana, and even gave me a little report card for his behaviour and anything else I needed to know at the end of it! The only negative - I wish I could move them up home! Whitianga is very lucky to have you guys
