Great restaurant in Whitanga! Excellent service from all staff members and the food was delicious! Love the fact they have 2 different cuisines under 1 roof. Would happily dine in again on my next visit to Whitanga. You'll notice when you visit this restaurant that customers are treated more like friends and family, makes one feel welcome especially when visiting the town. One thing I would recommend is to try and book a table if your dining in during busy periods such as weekends, public holidays etc, as the place can fill up quickly.

Absolutely delicious! Authentic Indian food - we haven't tried the Thai food yet. Maybe tomorrow night . . .
Great food, highly recommended. Staff spoke to us in regards to a family member with food allergies and they happily catered for their needs (gluten and dairy free). The customer service was excellent and the food was amazing. Really enjoyed our meal and would happily go back if we come back to whitianga some time.
We had a very delicious evening meal here as the food had lovely flavours with good portion size. The food & beverage menu is very extensive with very friendly service. However the speed of service was pretty average being quite slow. Would be advisable to prebook especially over a holiday weekend as very popular. Takeaway is a popular option as well.

An unexpected pleasure to be taken to That Curry Place in Whitianga. I would give it more stars if I could. It was busy when we got there but no fuss getting us a table. Service was outstanding and the food was some of the best I have tasted. Both Indian curry and Thai food is served and both are done extremely well. I have no hesitation in recommending That Curry Place to anyone who wants great curry.

Bouquet for customer service. Rang up to say our meals had been mixed. my husband got mild I got medium and could not enjoy mine. A new meal was sent out in 15 minutes Well done.
