Wonderful place to truly relax. Great for special occasions, and nice not to have screaming kids running around! Food and service was also fantastic. Only downside was the Dip & Dine package didn't give us long enough in the pools.

Not as natural as we preferred, drinks at the drink shack were also very expensive. However I found the food at the dine was quite nicely cooked. The pools were relatively well designed and our first plunge of experience was pretty amazing. They were just a little small to accommodate so many visitors and not much space to have some privacy. Towels and lockers are available for hire, so remember to bring your own towel. Pure Fiji products can be purchased here, really fabulous smells.
We frequent The Lost Spring quite often and it’s a beautiful place. Delicious food and cocktails, always wonderful service. Beautiful environment and such a relaxing place. Highly recommend!
Simply amazing. We went here for our anniversary and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Relaxing ambiance, peaceful music, hot pools, and cool drinks. Had a soak and then went for a couples massage. Didn't want to leave and there is no rush. The staff are friendly and the owners took care of us. Everyone takes pride in what they do and it's well deserved. Will definitely be coming back.
The Lost Spring is a truly luxurious experience like you have been whisked away to a tropical island. Hot pools where you are waited on, providing whatever you desire, cocktails to die for and something scrumptious for the hungry. Nestled amongst natives and palm trees this has to be the most idyllic spot you could wish for. Coupled with a meal at the restaurant with great food and wine choices this really is heaven. The options here are extensive and the service outstanding. True indulgence, worth ever minute.
We have been here several times and have enjoyed every moment of it... every time. A wonderful escape from busy life and just relax to replenish and recharge, and meet/see some interesting people from time to time. Definitely, a place to visit if ever in Whitianga. Just be mindful of opening times. It is nicer to visit at night time when all the different lights make a big difference to the ambience and atmosphere, in my opinion. However, any time is a great time, and if you are romantically inclined there are many opportunities to enjoy your company with drinks and meals while lazing in the pools.
Seriously excellent food. I very much enjoyed this experience. My only point of concern was the very small changing room. The pools were wonderful.
Fantastic. What a great achievement. Very reasonable price and great area to sit afterwards for a coffee. Girls were amazing. Especially Italy new trainee Abby.
