I regularly attend for hair wash and set and have been so impressed with Kelly's level of attention and care to all her clients. In fact, that's why I keep coming back! The service is person centred and I have even brought in friends to shout them new dos as gifts. Her colour work is amazing... My friend wanted blue, green, purple hair and it stills looks stunning and healthy. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service here. I popped in without an appointment after two of my wifes friends had their hair coloured there and were so impressed with the results that they recommended I get my hair done there. Just had a cut and style and the young lady was able to fit me in with no fuss and a great haircut. Will be back.

Kelly did a fantastic job of my hair colouring for a retro night and even offered me a coconut latte coffee and water which was a nice friendly touch. I was so impressed with my hair color and have got so many compliments too.

my mum went in and showed a picture of a beautiful blonde with a few caramel highlights she walked out with red & blonde in her hair along with a VERY burnt scalp. The owner was incredibly rude when I spoke with her on the phone (I was hung up on twice) when trying to find out what products were used etc to pass on to a different salon who are trying to fix the issue & has refused to help pay for the repairs that need to be done to correct this (this will take many months) DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want to walk out with the complete opposite to what you request. Extremely disappointed in their service.

Woodend Hair design new owner, as you blocked my comment on a photo on your fb page I decided to rate you on here. Hairdressers should know the difference between blonde and red especially when I made a comment to the hairdresser with 8 years experience " that looks pink but she said it's ok it's going through the process" I trusted her and it turned out I was right. Iam now having to get it corrected with an other hairdresser at another salon who has been amazing and so supportive.
