This is an amazing garden reserve, complete with an old Pa site. The variety of trees and bushes is extensive, including several very high gum trees. What an amazing gift to NZ to have this sort of history preserved, and all because a minister from Tasmania travelled to the area to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Tranquil park to walk through, and read about the history of Omokoroa and the Crapp family! Very interesting trees, and statues

Great protected green place for a walk, even better with the trees providing some much needed shade from the sun. Also good for a little exploration with a good dose of historical sites to see, also open to your dog for walks too. It has good seating, however you will need to take your rubbish with you this mean doggy doo too. One downer not a biggie but found some lawn clippings dumped along walkway.... which had doggy doo mixed in with it which stank in the afternoon summer heat.. anyway it is a privilege to walk along this pathways we all should do our bit to keep it clean.

A beautiful space but not mobility friendly. The only mobility parks are across the parking lot on the other side of the road. The access to the toilet is good but the path stops there. The only cafe is upstairs and the dairy below is quite tight. The beach though is lovely.

Great place for a leisurely stroll. Quite steep going up though. Amazing sculpture carved out of a tree. We were told it is all part of the tree stump. Good views over the habour which can be enjoyed from a park bench.
