Hi John, I wanted to pass on my thanks for all your phone advice. I had a lot of questions and you patiently answered them all, even though you knew we would not be booking with you (as we only wanted bike hire for an afternoon), To anyone reading this, John was super helpful and gave up his time to assist us even though we were not going to be spending money with him. Excellent service. Arrived at Bushaven at 0755 and were on the road at 0800. I learned a lot about the area from John and others on the shuttle over the two hours it took to get to the trail head. It was as good as any tour. Pakihi track was amazing. This is a must do trip.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great day out! The shuttle van we were in was very old and frankly should have been replaced a long time ago.
