I've found the help you get from the Otaki branch very unhelpful. Whenever I have called them either by visiting their office or phoning them the lady in the office has always been quite surly and not willing to give any information. Our recycling collection has been stopped without notice and when I rang all I got was that they don't pick up recycling from businesses anymore and that we have to pay for the privilege of it to be collected. How ridiculous is that. I always thought that it was free for everyone.
