Really great fast friendly service, they fixed our spa after two other companies failed to do so (and at an extremely reasonable cost). They are also willing to travel to us when we need them even though we're a bit farther from Otaki. Highly recommended!
My spa pool stopped heating and I contacted Sunrans Spa Otaki. They were brilliant. Helpful and informative and repaired my Spa over 2 other companies that told me it was time to replaced my older pool. Go Sunrans you ROCK!!! I totally recommend them for spare parts, chemicals and service and they come to your home.
They have a wonderful range of spas wonderful service. Helpful to pick right one and things to use to keep the water and spa up to scratch all the time.
