We traveled from Gisborne to check out the awnings and roof top tents in show room. Staff were super helpful and not pushy at all, very grateful for their help as well as loading our goods into the car for us. Highly recommend
Ross is a great guy to deal with, he is very fair and helpful if any issues. I ordered the 2.5 x 3m awning from him. It arrived with a couple of small dings in the rails which luckily did not affect installation on my short crossbars on my Triton. I discussed this with him and showed photos of the damage etc.. He gave a 100 dollar cashback as a result which I think was a very fair offer. Great job Ross, keep up the great customer service. Will recommend to friends and family.
