Great service from Alex. He installed a replacement ducted heat pump for us, having inspected our very old one which was unfixable and he explained everything involved and the charges really well. The job included removal and disposal of the old unit and needing access to roof so required temporary removal and replacement of a section of roof tiles. Excellent work and very reasonable charges. He was also friendly and respectful of working in the house when we had a young baby. He's also just given us advice on our other heat pump over the phone for free to help troubleshoot an issue and save us a call out charge. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Alex came out to quote on a new heat pump. When another company told us that it could not be repaired instead of the quote he said he could repair it for 400 saved us over 2000 a fantastic Honest company highly recommend Thankyou Alex

Rather rude and arrogant service. THe servicer was not open to hearing about issues we've had with our heat pump. Treated me as though I was an idiot and didn't know a thing about my own heating. Didn't offer to take his boots off when entering the house and kept leaving the door open when entering and exiting. It was a wet day so I was left with wet slippery wooden floors. On the plus side, the service seems to have been done to an adequate standard. He couldn't offer any further information as to why our heat pump was malfunctioning though.
