Kat organised the bin for our kitchen removal. She went out of her way to ensure a good drop off and pick up time. We had to use the berm as our driveway wouldn't fit the bin and she made sure we were sorted for permits etc (that we didn't know we had to have). It may only seem like something little, but those few things she did made the process a whole lot easier. Super impressed. Thank you.
