Rung to ask for a quote, Steve who answered jumped to conclusions and assumed he knows my car better than I do without any information about my car. Rude! Maybe listen to your customer before telling me something that isn't what the issue is. My airconditioning isn't broken just needs refilling thanks

I went to this place because it had a 5 Star rating by 20 people. But I was disappointed really. They charged me 600 to repair my car heater. The turn around was quick and I was happy but the very next day it broke. I had to take time to get back to them and tell them it broke and they took my car in and replaced a wiring and charged me another 85. I am not an expert in heaters but I don't think they did the right thing with my car. They did not analyze the issue and just replaced everything they can. They might be good to others but I had a bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

Honest and fair people that would tell you if a repair is not the most sensible option, instead of trying to make a quick buck off you. I wish I had directly gone there instead of being ripped off elsewhere first. I highly recommend this place.

BMW X5, took it into Steve and he diagnosed an initial fault, replaced part and then found another issue. Ordered part and part was lost in transit to him. He replaced the whole thing with a new one and got it on the road working. An increase of 200 from the initial quoted figure was well worth it albeit unexpected. Friendly and personable to deal with. Very happy with the end result. Thanks Steve
