Called Wayne on New Years Eve, was locked out of our garage and he sorted it within 30mins of being onsite. Had good communication prior to arrival and let me know when he was running a bit late. Paid by credit card onsite and thought the price was reasonable for the callout with new lock and two keys. Overall good guy to deal with!
Wayne and Suzie have been great to deal with - we use them for our rental properties and it is always fast and friendly service. Nothing is too big or too small for them. I have used them on several occasions and prices are very competitive compared to other companies. Keep up the great work guys!

Staying at a mates house in Auckland while they were away on holiday and foolishly locked myself out of their house. Called Alba and they were round really quickly to sort me out. Good job too as it was a freezing night. I would definitely recommend Alba Locksmiths if you find yourself locked out and in a bind.
