Blown away by this hidden gem that has recently opened up in Albany. Store presentation and merchandising was world class. Though weren’t intending on purchasing found service from James (assistant manager I believe) to be very welcoming/friendly and informative. Well done team

If you have to go to KBB, takapuna branch will be your first choice. Albany one, you won't get any customer service satisfaction AT ALL. If you live around Albany and didn't want to travel far, music works albany will be your first choice. The best service and product at Albany.

Bunch of snorbs, bought a book and told me no refund if I scan the book and return it for a refund. In reply to the owner's response, that's where this great customer service originated from, assuming all your customers are thieves
