Very busy, competent, friendly staff, with very good product knowledge. Visited During level 2,and were very militant, but not over the top, making sure they stuck to the rules, but still serviced their customers wants and needs. We'll done!

Great customer service "on floor" of the shop HOWEVER the staff at the check-out need better attitudes I found. I went in there for some help at the check-out and they were busy chatting themselves. Even when I got the attention of one of them, he/she was clearly disinterested and was still engaged in their own conversations, occasionally turning back to their own colleagues and joking about. I am all for enjoying one's work environment and hanging with colleagues, but this person was just rude.

David did a great job on transferring two phones data into a new Samsung. A long time and very technical. He was training Tony at the same time. Some things couldn't be transferred but I'm learning and gradually getting my head around everything. Knowing the expertise is there when I need it is very reassuring.

Staff can be hit-and-miss at this store. You might be lucky enough to get a super geeky one who knows basically all the specs of the top of their heads, or you might get a mouth breather who just picks up the item your enquiring about and turns it over in their hands and in a haze of confusion tries to just guess or completely invent an answer. If you get the former, you're golden.
