Very happy with the service we got. The team at Jet waste were friendly and very helpful.
We had someone from Jetwaste come and assess our property at about this time last year. He said they would do our septic field in the new year (ie January this year), and to call them then. We did so and were told they were far too busy and to call again in a couple of weeks. We again called back and were told they would call us "soon" as they were still too busy. We waited another few weeks, called back, were reminded they had our number and would be arranging to do our job in a few more weeks. At this point we gave up and had to quickly find someone else to do the job as it was coming into winter. To date we have not heard a word from these people. If they didn't want the job, why they continued to waste our time is beyond me. Would never recommend.
