Great result - finally the front door is working well after 10 years of sticking and jamming.(even under warranty it was not fixed) The lock strike plate was modified,the roller catch adjusted and now it can be opened easily.Such a change to having to wrestle with it each time we used it. My experience with this business has been to say the least the most unprofessional i have ever come across, and i have been in business. It has been 2 months that i have now been waiting to get my ranch slider fixed but it seems they are just to busy. The original appointment i had with them a family emergency came up and the last thing on my mind was ringing and cancelling the appointment.I have sat around waiting for them to have an appointment available in the afternoon since then but it appears none are because they are "busy " and yet they are ringing me for the business, seems a little contradictory.I will now go to someone more reliable to have my ranch slider fixed.
Very prompt service, came the very next day. My sliding door was so buggered it fell out!! They replaced my sliding door wheels and alined it and now slides like it’s brand new. Highly recommended!
Such great service and really friendly staff :) We have used Ali's twice now and would use them again.
