Absolutely amazing service and spa! We can't recommend Alpine Spas enough. Right from the start when we made the decision to get a swim spa, the staff have been so incredibly helpful, providing sound advice, service and recommendations. The team at Alpine Spas are amazing. They made the whole process right through to the delivery a smooth, easy and great experience all around. The communication and service has been absolutely outstanding. Although always talking about one day owning a spa for our backyard - we had never committed to looking into one in too much detail until we made a trip up to Auckland and discovered Alpine Spas having a sale. We decided to check it out - not thinking we would walk out with a new spa that day!! Tom at Alpine Spas was amazing to deal with; friendly, great advice and he had all the answers to our many questions. Our spa delivery came a week or two early from the due date (which was so exciting) the amount of extra accessories that came with it was AWESOME. We got our new spa set up the next weekend and absolutely love it!! Perfect new addition to our backyard. Thanks to Tom and the team at Alpine Spas - would highly recommend for anyone wanting a new spa.
