Good pizza's but the standard of dress on the counter and the scruffy male in a hoodie with unkempt hair is a put off. Also when you phone to place an order the staff can not hear what you are saying because of the extreme fan noise.

Had myself a meat lovers, and some onion rings, best oh both I've ever had. crust and base, perfectly cooked sauce not too heavy or lacking. Could not ask for a better Pizza

Very average 72 bucks for a 3 pizzas asked for extra topping clearly paid for it counted 3 bits of chicken on whole pizza

Brought 4 pizzas,garlic bread, nuggets and onion rings. Only the nuggets and bread were hot. This was a ph order and we arrived on time to pick up..the person who served us informed us that the pizza bases were a bit crispy and apologized and gave us a free fizzy. We drove home, which is only 5 mins, to sit down to cold pizza. I have brought pizza here before and have driven home and the pizza is still hot so can only assume that the pizzas were left sitting and not put into a warmer to hold them until we arrived. Very disappointed. Would like to add that Big Bites did request that I contact them through email so they could rectify the problem. I sent the requested email and never heard back. So while on the review response it looks like they care that is not reflected in their actions after that.
