Appalling customer service. The woman in charge came out to my car to tell me they don't usually turn on petrol for people who haven't paid for petrol in the past. Apparently there was a teller mistake 4 months ago of which I have no knowledge. In 63 years I have never gone away from anywhere without paying what I owe. I asked for the date so I could check my bank records to clarify for myself. I told her I am happy to pay if they show me evidence. She became loud and abusive yelling that I took petrol without paying and refusing to show me evidence. I will not be back to this garage.

Went to Tauranga last weekend 14.06.20. Hubby decided to have his car wash, get in & out, park the car for turn...this lady cashier walk all the way to our vehicle knock on the window & inform us that light has been turn on...sorry didnt get your name but a little gesture means a lot...thank u so muchwe appreciate your kindness 5for great customer service
