Went there 3 to 4 times. The first time we went we were on the lot outside and the salesman just out and out lied to us. The next time we went into the actual building and met a much better salesman who took the time to run through the details of the car that we were looking at purchasing, arranged a test drive for us and even had the gumption when we went back to tell us that he had seen us looking at the Honda cars across the road. We were so impressed that we ordered a car through him.

Went there this morning to look at the triton utes. Hoping to buy one the Salesman didnt look like he wanted to be there let alone deal with me. Very rude,abrupt and came across cocky like he had sold all the utes on the lot. Pretty much telling me i dont need to sell these utes to you as they sell themselves . Asked me when i was looking at buying a ute while walking away from me to deal with someone else which i found very weird.Ended up walking away to toyota where i got treated like a human being even offered a coffe while i looked around the yard.laid down a deposit for delivery next month. Another friend of mine had a similar experience and walked away to john andrew as the service there was top notch.

We had our Triton Vrx ,10000 km serviced done here.Whilst the team are good to deal with the Costing on such a service is an absolute rip off. An oil filter and oil was the key replacement components here and made up nearly 200 of the total 603 service fee. This kind of fee can not be justified. The same components would be in the region of 50 at repco and carry the same engine warranty as genuine mitsubishi parts. On discussing this with There service advisor,I asked and was advised that the warranty will drop from 5 years to 3 years if serviced by a mta authorized dealer as apposed to mitsubishi themselves. Clearly this has nothing to do with the expertise of a mta agent as apposed to mitsubishi ,but in my opinion based on the investment by the vehicle owner in covering the warranty by means of such high service costs. So its good bye Mitsubishi, I will not support your overpriced service costs,and yes I'm happy to Change to a Mta authorized dealer that won't charge me an arm and a leg to carry out such basic work. Really not impressed.

I had my Jeep serviced here, the team were helpful with great communication and the job was done to a very high standard. Good peace of mind for me knowing the job has been done by the offical “Jeep” team who know what they are doing. Washing my Jeep for me was a nice touch as well!
