Very Rude staff by the name of Jane. I will never attend there again. When a person is in pain then you need not to cause more pain by having a negative attitude but to try and help them in every way you can otherwise it shows that you don't care about your patients and money is all that matters to you. Jane needs to attend a course called "putting people first" I hope your attitude problem digs a hole in the ground for you soon.
