Two days ago, my phone was put under on-off all day long after a short call. The following day, I contacted Apple tech and got back it in 3 hours, which included all data and information that I had used for three years. The technician was so professional that he could apprehend the problem in my phone at once. In addition, he coverd the glass on my phone after repairng for free. If I had not met him that day, I could not have thought of my life without my phone during the period. Now, I am so happy to write this review with this phone.Thank you so much!! Apple tech

Awesome business! Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Went all around Tauranga for quotes and James had the best price and value. I needed my cracked screen & lcd replaced and James was very responsive and I dropped it off almost instantly. It only cost 630 to replace my Samsung S20 plus without warranty. He also installed a glass screen protector for an additional 15 which was awesome (especially for the good quality) it only took two days as I did not give any notice and just dropped off. Definitely the best specialist in Tauranga! Look forward to now having a “go to” place that is reliable and fast.

Fantastic service! James fixed the logic board on my iPhone in the same day. After a power short, I thought my phone was toast. Price was very reasonable for a complicated issue (180). He’s only one of two people in New Zealand with the high level skills for fixing almost any phone or computer. Highly recommended!

iPhone 6s screen shattered and LCD screen with black marks. Battery needed replacing and new glass protector as well. All fixed and runs like new (June 2020) for a 4 year old iPhone. I am happy with the same day service. James is helpful man and kept me informed of the process during the service. In my opinion, better and more affordable than the Apple shop in Tauranga. I will be returning in the future.
