I rang to make sure that the shop is opened. Jack answered and said that "yes, I am opened until 5-ish". So I drove all the way there and found that the shop is closed. I rang his mobile and he said that he is out and should be back in an hour or so. I just wasted my time driving there. Shame that he missed out as I was planning to spend large. Needless to say that I will not be returning. Totally not recommending this place to anyone.

They have the biggest selection of wood and rocks for aquascaping that we've seen in Auckland, as well as a good selection of dry goods. Most of our wood and all of our rocks are from here. They also have high quality fish tanks (ultra-clear glass/low iron glass), which are hard to source in New Zealand - they're similar to the ones featured on ADA. Our big display tank is from here, as well as two smaller ones (one of which has been turned into a beginner saltwater tank). For aquascaping enthusiasts I would definitely recommend checking this place out! The owner is knowledgeable and his prices are good for such quality products.
Great selection! Jack's (owner) really friendly.
Purchased a Red Sea reefer 425XL. What a great tank. Everything is easy to set up and it looks fantastic set up. So quiet when running and so easy to use. Love it!!
Plenty of dry stock for saltwater enthusiasts and a limited amount of fish and coral as well. Prices often match or are better than other places. Jack in particular is awesome to deal with and ordered in exactly what I needed. Will likely get everything I need to setup my reef tank from these guys.
Good store. Big range of products and always some interesting coral for sale. Prices are good to. Lots of parking outside store.
Went to the store during opening hours and they were closed. Nothing on the website or their social media to indicate they weren’t going to be open. No one answered the phone either. We drove half an hour out of way just to see this shop. Really disappointing
Generally very average. Poor customer service, expensive products, small range, minimal freshwater products. Animals and livestock could be a lot healthier.
