Our local courier, Tony, has a very loyal and appreciative customer here. He's cheerful, helpful and tolerant of our sometimes creative packaging to accommodate some of our plants and trees :) For customers in the South Otago region I absolutely recommend the service he provides. The change in ownership of Aramex Otago however has not been such a good experience with poor communication being a low-light and confidence in problems being resolved very low. Tony - brilliant, 5 stars. Aramex Otago, not so much sorry

Braden is our local pickup and deliver driver. He is always on time and never disappointed us once. He is probably the most important part of our little business, especially when CourierPost wouldn't deliver or pickup for us due to our dog... Braden never had a issue with our dog.
