This car park is a complete rip off. I came to park for an hour. Once I came to pay, the time on the display showed 1 hour and 0 minutes, however I paid for 1.5 because apparently I stayed beyond one hour in seconds hence it's charged me for extra one half hour. That's ridiculous and unfair, I contacted the coincerge he said he won't void it. I would not recommend parking here, it's real expensive and a rip off.

Easy access and has about 6 stories available. There are a number of reserved spaces so be aware not to park there. Pay wave available to pay,on the weekend it is 5 for half an hour.Lifts and stairs available to get up and down the levels.

My 1st time experience at Arena Parking attending my daughters Akl Uni Graduation..... Don't ever park here, we booked online for my daughter graduation and also for our neighbor's, when we arrived we could find any spaces as we were told in the booking flyer pdf that we couldn't use the reserved parking spot. ( They were so many reserved spots unoccupied) So I called the office as my neighbor didn't have a spot to park and was advised for them to park in the 5min zone, on the ground floor. I confirmed that they wouldn't be towed away and ensured that the lady I spoke to had the rego noted down. I had just managed to squeeze on the last space on the roof parking that belonged to the office on the top. They were nice enough to let us park. When my neighbor tried to exit the car park the bar wouldn't open post graduation ceremony finishing around 12.30pm. Being senior couple they were told that they couldn't leave because they had overstayed the booking, when in fact we had paid for the booking from 8.30am to 4pm. They had to provide the rego and explain their booking before being let out and all that caused a massive queue at the exit. Not a great experience! With commercial office space's all vacant common sense would prevail for the use of empty reserved parking spots.

Pay as you leave...Yeah right! ! Dozens of concert goers did just that. Then qued up to leave. Then get told by machine on way out you owe another 5 on top of the 25 already paid. Have to go to machine to pay. Not working! Then wait for other machine. Bloody pain in the butt. Never will i return.

Very much unsafe for the parking scooters, bike, moped, motorcycles. I just lost my moped and no one is answering / supporting me from parking authority on tracking the video footage etc! Shame...

Very handy if you are wanting to go to the spark arena..5 min stroll. I just paid about 20.00from 6 till 9pm you can park longer ..one off payment for that Tuesday evening. Best to prepay if attending spark arena for a big event. As you will have to que up after to pay for your parking. Just remember your level and number you parked at
