Day 1 they cancelled on me last minute. Day 2 they showed up and took an entire hour just to tell me they were unable to get the job done. Day 3 I got Waikato Auto Locksmiths who done the job in 15min. The one star they do get is for the guy who came out. He was very nice. Other than that, don't bother

Needed a key cut, but did not have the original. Had a chat over the phone with a really helpful staff member who explained I could get a key cut to code. Went in today to get it done, the whole process was quick and easy. Looks like the shop has just changed hands - one of the new owners came over and had a chat while I was waiting. Very friendly and happy to help. Will be using these guys again for sure.
