Beautiful garden centre and cafe. Big selection of lovely giftwares and plants and yummy real fruit ice cream.

3 adults for coffee and treats. Sunday so it was busier than midweek. We qued up for 5 minutes, and then spent another 5 trying to explain our simple order to a girl who appeared to be in training. Not a good look for a Sunday and then our order was wrong when it finally did arrive. Nice enough setting (farmers wife's project?) but absolutely no ambiance. No music, no nothing, just a room with tables and chairs and outrageously priced "art" on the walls, that no doubt will remain there. I guess the real fruit ice cream would be a drawcard. No service. My post was responded to by Miranda (owner) and then I caught up with her by phone two days later, explaining that these were constructive criticisms and not meant to be offensive. She did not want to listen to anything I had to say, unfortunately, except to tell me this was her "baby" (well, I had assumed it was someone's) suffice to say we certainly won't be back and I can only wonder how many other people feel the same way. Too many.

Have been a couple of times. The woman behind the counter is exceptionally rude. The food is pretty good and generally a nice atmosphere, but when you go to pay and you're unfortunate enough to have the rude woman serve you, it puts a total downer on the morning. The service is ok, but you understand why they're not cheerful when you hear how that woman speaks to the rest of staff. Don't think we'll back again.
