The customer service was great, we asked for what we wanted and she promptly told us that they did not have any product to fill our specific needs. Sometimes shops don't have what you want and that is ok. But wasting time searching is of no use to anyone.

Went in to this store and ordered a part. Paid in full to receive this to get a call the following morning to be told that this part is not available in this country at the time. I rang another company to be told they could have one have one the next morning. The same supplier stocks both stores so what is Supercheap doing.
