Our cats generally hate everyone other than us, and have come back from other catteries with rough coats etc - not because they're bad, just our guys are overly sensitive! However, they always come back in good condition after Bronnie has been looking after them!

Thank you for looking after our Fred for a week he has come home very friendly and cuddly. Quite confident in having at your cattery if the need arises.
After a few nights in the cattery our cat was traumatised. The cages are of a decent size and there are toys and scratching posts but the cats seem to get no attention or fuss and seem as bored as bored could be. Upon collection we had to collect our own cat as no help was given and the cattery area stunk as our cats litter tray had not been cleared for at least 2 days and I suspect the same for other cats. The staff are reasonably friendly; however, we would not leave our cat here again as the animals appear to get no attention
