Enzo at 73INC was amazing. My Mac's hard drive had failed and I was in a panic. I contacted 73INC and the person on the other end of the phone was super helpful and asked me to bring in my Mac. On arriving there, the level of service, expertise and knowledge was outstanding and they put in a new hard drive, plus transferred all my data in a matter of hours. They fixed my iPhone at the same time in minutes. They also advised me of the ideal backup scenario. My Mac is running superbly now. Thanks guys. You really saved my bacon! Outstanding service. Fantastic service, very knowledgeable, trustworthy and quick. My iMac needed a new hard drive, they knew all about the model, providing helpful advice on things to look for; a step-by-step guide on what the work would entail; they then switched out the drive, cleaned the inside and had it ready inside 24 hours. Highly recommended.
