It has been a pleasure from day 1 to work with Cassie, Jonathan and the team at Aakron Xpress Trailers. We bought a boat in from the US which ended up taking 5 months to arrive. Cassie was always super helpful and we had great communications. Eventually the boat arrived in late February and Aakron Xpress were ready. The delivery of the boat to their yard and the setup of the trailer happened within 24 hours and we picked up the next day. The pick up went so smoothly and the customer service and advice was fantastic and it goes without saying the trailer is high quality and will last for years :-) Highly recommended. Just brought my latest boat and wanted to comment on how great and well built the trailer is, just brilliant, nice work, a single axle with a Sea Nymph 566 Fibreglass boat, tows effortlessly behind my FG Falcon, my fishing buddies also like the well built trailer.
I bought a tilt trailer but it has bad design flaws. The tilt mechanism is on top of the chassis rails which means the front door does not drop down far and restricts the length of load. Any medium weight on the door breaks the hinges. Tail door hinges on the wrong way and break easily as well. A bit of a white elephant really. Wish I had bought elsewhere.
The service has been fantastic. The result is we’ve now got a high quality trailer that’s perfect for our needs. Very happy with our purchase.
Fabulous Service & Trailers! The team at Aakron trailers made sure we ordered the right trailer for our boat. They were polite and helpful, then went over the finished trailer explaining all it's features with tips on it's use. It's is a good grade quality, and we are very pleased we chose Aakron Trailers!
Great trailer, tows really well and launches and retrieves as perfectly. The guys went to a lot of trouble to set the trailer up to suit my rather difficult hull design and got it dead right. No hesitation recommending Johnathon and his team at Aakron.
I bought a secondhand 6m boat on a single axle unbraked trailer which was under specced for the boat, and I wanted to sort it out but didn't know the best solution. After ringing several places, Jonathan suggested adding a braked axle to the existing trailer, and took the time to explain how it would all work. The work is now done and the upgraded trailer is a real beauty - easy and safe to tow, and all for a good price. Even though I live on the other side of town I was happy to go out of my way because Jonathan and the team have been so helpful. I'd give more stars if I could!
Aakron made a trailer for our tiny home. They went the extra mile to ensure that the tiny house could be fixed securely to the trailer, working in with the builder of the cabin. It all towed like a dream to our section.
