I suggest edit this is not Manukau. They are clearly in East Tamaki I think this is why people are confuse its not easy with this organization

Appalling service! Especially the woman at the phone in the manukau office.wouldnt consider speaking to this woman has a attitude problem and an issue with anger.Will be making a complaint with someone higher than hur to discuss the behavioural problem or a written complaint about this staff member.
