Our driver to the airport was fantastic. Entertaining and efficient. Pick up on the other hand was absolutely hopeless. We ended up stuck at the international terminal (at 11 pm) for over an hour. We called twice and were told a shuttle comes every 20 minutes. That obviously didn’t happen. And after we finally were dropped back to our car we noticed the shuttle had parked in a car park and not going anywhere. Really disappointing.
Remarkable response to an error on my part. Full and immediate refund.
Safe and open carpark while you are away from Nz. The guys from the shuttle were very nice, very chatty.
