After making the decision to sell my business, I engaged the services of Alan Dufty from Barker Business. With three sides to the operation, the business was fairly complex consisting of an import wholesale division, a service division and also operating as a master franchisee. To whom I may concern, With three separate trading entities all in the beauty industry I wanted to sell then together in a group so knew it wasn’t going to be a standard sale. After not feeling confident in the Brokers I spoke to in Christchurch I decided to look elsewhere.
