Great service. Fixed a door hinge installed a new front door lock and bathroom door lock. Very happy with results and cost. Will definately use them again.
I visited Marcus this morning as I needed to have my locks changed over as we have purchased a new house. I have never ever received such great service before! Not only did they not try and sell me what I didn't need, he also explained to me why I couldn't get what i wanted as it was not possible. He then proceeded to find what I wanted online to prove himself wrong to which he did and found the obscure part ex USA. I have since purchased this part and will be a lifetime customer to Marcus and his business. Dealing with a good honest Kiwi businesses is what I love and I will continue to support moving forward.
Just had outstanding service from these guys. Locked out late Friday afternoon, I was lucky enough to get a tech on site within 20 minutes of calling. The tech was great & managed to get us in the house, sort the dodgy lock plus provided an option to avoid future lock outs.... amazing! Thank you so much!!
