What an absolutely amazing team. After a mistake on our part with the dimensions for the space we had available for a new fridge their team went above and beyond to help us find a fridge that would fit and delivered and dropped of the new fridge all within a few hours. Service like that will keep us going back for other appliances.
John and Ainsley at 100% Electrical are both fantastic sales people. We always come back for great products and exceptional service. They are both a massive credit to the business having a huge Capacity for product knowledge and sales skills. I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Merry Christmas guys !!

This was our experience purchasing a washer/dryer. We tried offering the sales person our dimensions, but she said it doesn't matter because they're all the same size. She is partially correct - they all have the same height/width, however, she failed to understand we have a cupboard door in front that needs to close. She sold us a washer/dryer combo machine. When installing the washer/dryer they only sent one person. He was not able to lift the machine, nor reach the tap or electrical outlet, I had to basically install it myself - what did we pay 89 for? Once installed the cupboard door did not close as the machine was too deep. The installation guy ran a 10minute test and said we should be able to push it back further to close the door, but to wait until the test completes. He left while the test was still running so was not able to verify if we were able to push the machine back far enough. We could not. So we went back, asked to return the machine and buy another. This time they understood the depth requirement. No washer/dryer combo would work, so we asked about a stacked washer/dryer. The sales people were lacking in knowledge about stacking machines. They said you can't put a larger dryer on a smaller washing machine as they won't line up (incorrect, only the feet need to line up). They even offered to put a washing machine on top of a dryer (very dangerous) and other DIY solutions such as building a shelf or moving around pipes. In the end they did not find a solution for our space so we asked for a refund. The manager confirmed a complete refund - for the machine, warranty, and installation fee. However, we only received a partial refund for some unknown reason.

Great customer service from a fantastic team. Was a slight confusion around pick up and the team made sure all was sorted. Great service. This is the difference operating with a locally owned service orientated company rather than the big stores, they went the extra distance to provide top customer service. We have worked with these guys on so many purchases and they always deliver top service. Head into store for great old fashioned service and top prices
