I have been a patient at AMC for many many years. My personal GP has literally saved my life twice with his knowledge, professionalism, and patient investigation of my symptoms as well as providing a high level of empathy. I deeply appreciate that he listens! Other GPs I have seen there from time to time have also provided me with a very high level of care and kindness. From the receptionists to the nurses, thank you for wonderful care. I don’t thank you enough!

Kyle saw my car and immediately made an assumption that I was using their carpark for picking up my kid because she was in uniform. I was picking up a prescription medicine issued by their clinic. He quickly tried to walk away without apologizing. I was quite irritated by his lack of manners. Funny, he did not bother the other lady in another car waiting as well. Profiling? Otherwise the practice has other nice doctors but not him.

When I first called I wasn’t sure if it was someone’s home or a doctor surgery as the receptionist didn’t introduce herself or the surgery at all. I simply wanted to know if a doctor who had been recommended there, had any available appointments this week before enrolling as, she kept saying “you must enroll first” I pointed out I’d like to see a doctor this week so if this doctor doesn’t have appointments there is no point enrolling. She just kept repeating herself and was very rude about it. Finally after having to say the same thing over and over she told me the doctor has 1 appointment on Friday at 8am and another at 1:30, which neither would work. What a frustrating experience and hugely off putting for new patients!

Doctor Philip is by far the best doctor I ever had in my life. He is very caring and always see me with a smile and a solution. I had serious health problem and he was always available sometimes contact me few times x day to see how I was. Best doctor I could ever dream of in this situation. Thank you

Great team with the exception of Dr H M who I would not see again- very patronising and judgemental! I have been seeing the other Dr's for over twelve years and have found them to be great. Yes, they over run, but show me a surgery that doesn't!
