Highly recommended. He was very calm in this crazy challenging position where the car was stuck. He persevered through it for such a long time and got there in the end. Very reasonable price too. Thanks :)
Didn't accept cash or card, but the process was easy to follow and very quick. Got my car back in good condition. Customer service was great and clear
Beware. Unfortunate experience that I tried to resolve or meet half way but as a customer with a broken down car just trying to get my car home - was met with resistance from the Business Manager. He expected me to diagnose the break down and relay this at the time of the booking. I am not a mechanic, nor was I prompted for this info at the time of booking. My car was towed to my house but left roadside because they couldn't put it onto a basic driveway. Furthermore my it was left road side but pointing the wrong way meaning illegally parked, resulting in a 40 ticket from the council. Business Manager insinuated that I had given misleading info when I booked - far from the case. So be sure to give all info at time of booking or avoid. This was easily fixed by another local tow company and didn't make me feel like I was wrong. Call Supercity Towing!!!

Very fast to get our car off the motorway due to an accident. Towie was very helpful even when we had to retrieve our belongings from the yard.
If this is a tow under legal authority beware it will be extremely priced.
