Go here every week with colleagues for lunch, very nice setting of the place, good food, however every time we go the service gets worst and worst. Very average customer service and most of the staff are not very friendly. Food takes long time to wait and some o the food have the wrong name placed next to it, so you get what you order in the name given even if you pointed at the food and give them instruction of what you want. They will never help you corrected your order and wouldn't be happy if you go up to them to try and get the right one.

The interior of this cafe is really nice with lots of seating. Parking is a premium though and if you do drive there make sure you give your reg number to the staff to prevent your car being towed away. We ordered the chorizo potato smash and the pulled pork brioche bun. The chorizo smash was not really a smash but more cubed roast potatoes. These were only semi warm and took away from the dish. I said yes to the pulled pork brioche being heated but when I received it, only the outside filling was lukewarm and the inside was still fridge temperature. Flavour of the sandwich was good but the reheating let it down. Coffee was good but we would probably not return for food

Was a good breakfast here and the coffee was great. We were part of a large group and staff wrote down names of orders but still mixed them up, and forgot some things. It wasn't overly busy at time so sorry, really enjoyed the food but just needed that little more attention to service. Staff were very friendly though

Have been going to this cafe for a while now, mostly due to its' convenient location, but will no longer be coming here due to the frustration of average coffee and average service. One barista (the lovely Asian guy) makes great coffee but the rest butcher the amazing Allpress beans they serve. The fact that I have been asking for a coffee card for over a year and continue to get told that they haven't been able to get them yet (for \u003e12 months?) seems ridiculous. Disappointingly, I'm going to be sourcing my coffee elsewhere from now on.
