Terrible service, can never get through to make a claim. Customer service is terrible. Totally unsatisfactory responses sent via email rather than discussed on phone which draws out an already frustrating process. Inadequate IT systems - can never find my account even though we have 5 policies with AMI. Goodbye AMI - we are going elsewhere.
