Helped me to solve my car accident. The person who was liable for the accident, denied it is her fault and her car was a rental car. I can not get hold that person. I was desperate. I know it sounds like an advertisment, but with full insurance, AMI helped me to contacted the rental company, the liable person, very complicated relationship. Get my car fixed eventually. Without AMI, if someone who rent a car, caused a accident, refused to answer phone, deneied the fact..you can imagine how difficult it can be.

Wow. What a change to the phone system. It was always a nice touch being able to phone here & reach someone quite quickly. I don't even mind a wait as long as it's not too long & with a bit of music in my ears. Not any more it seems. Now when you're on hold, you're subjected to an endless diatribe of advertisements you don't want to hear. It seems they have a new goal: 'To enrage & stress their customers even more.' Sort it out guys.
I was really impressed with the nice girl who sold me insurance for my car. Very nice staff, very good service! I have not claimed yet thankfully, but will see how the service continues
OMG talk about rubbish service and a hike increase over a car break in. Never again, trust me you can find cheaper company and mangers at this company are terrible.
They are always trying to help. My friend referred AMI to me a few years ago, it's my second / third year use AMI. They help, unlike some other big corporate, use their terms and bureaucracy to play you around. This one helps people, State is fine too but they don't have physical stores. Vodafone, SPARK not, QBE not really. Customers can make a list which big corporates help customers which not. We know.
