You guys are more then amazing. The pet shop is clean and the wonderful woman in the store are more then supportive in your time of need. On the vet side of it not only did you try everything to save my much loved kitty and best friend of 8 years but you helped me say good bye and gave me all the time I needed before he had to be prepped for pick up. And the support you gave myself and my oldest is more then I could have asked for, no one like saying good bye to a much loved family member. From the bottom of my heart thankyou

Huge range of products and a really good labour day sale. Helpful and knowledgeable staff who don’t make you feel rushed which is nice. Bit disappointed they got rid of their old loyalty program but they still price match even though it’s online only stores which is great

Lovely freindly staff, came here for cat litter refill bucket, walked away with 2 x cat litter bags which were cheaper than the refill bucket BONUS! Great for discounts also.

This branch is my favourite to visit. Staff are really helpful and friendly. They often do really good discounts on premium cat and dog food coming up to the best by dates and you don't want to miss these, such great value. Love this store!
