Ruined our 3000 washing machine and blocked our calls! They are not New Zealand qualified when they told us they were. We checked with the national electrician register board and they are certainly not qualified in New Zealand. Very bad customer service when they’ve done damage then block our phone numbers. Business like this does not have a sense of community and should not provide service and cause damage around our neighborhood. Luckily we got help from the consumer Protection agency and Our next step is the dispute tribunal.
