I can not thank Henry Le enough for his dedicated service to our business. He has helped streamline incoming international freight from many carriers and is a valuable part of our team. The NS customer care team work and communicate well together and are responsive to our queries. Even our local driver Raymond is always looking out for us and alerting us when alternative arrangements need to be made. Aramex ticks all the boxes for us, keep it up! Note: Our experience with Aramex has been over the last year in particular, and they have done a great job of raising service standards since taking over from Fastway.

I don't know why Trademe recommend this courier as a option. During lockdown period. I have lost at least five parcels which worth 200 totally. Although I try to use parcel inquiry or contact with them to claim. There still no responds now. Never use it. They are really no responsibility.

They delivered my 500 parcel to totally wrong address. They buzz me after a 10 days to check if I received the parcel! Whish I could give them zero star.

I had tracked my order and saw it was on board with the courier. Within 10 minutes there was a knock on my door by a lovely courier Kayla, she was smiling from the moment I opened the door until the moment I had signed for my package and closed the door! She offered to help carry my order inside even though it was half the size of what she was! Very professional and fast working young lady! Keep up the good work!

When I made am online purchase last week and learned that the goods were going to be shipped via Fastway, my heart sank. I knew there would be no possibility of receiving the goods shipped from Auckland to Auckland even in 10 days. So I've written to the company I purchased from who I believe just began using Fastway as their carrier to kindly warn them about Fastway's horrendous track record spanning decades. I thought it only be fair to advise them that their customer satisfaction is going to fall off a cliff through no fault of their own. But the fault of Fastway. Hopefully my message is received well by them and sign on any different courier before too much damage is done. Update: After days of mucking around and being lied to that they will do something about my undelivered package, I find out it's been destroyed. This company has proved time and time again that they are absolutely and utterly useless. I do not believe a single one of the google reviews that are above 1 star. I truly do hope this company closes down for good. DO NOT USE THEM

Would give less stars if possible. Have had many rediculously bad experiences in the past and have always avoided since. Recently I was forced to use their 'services' when a trade me seller shipped with them. The item went from New Plymouth to Penrose depots overnight. Super impressed!!! As I needed it asap!!! Then penrose took Albany depots took it's time. After going in to the depot two days in a row to pick it up, it still wasn't there. People in reception checked both days, and still not there. I stuck my head inside the garage door and sure enough it was sitting right there when I was told 2mins prior, by reception, that they hadn't received it yet. Will continue to avoid this company as best as I can.

Parcel a little late, (understandable in these times), went down to depot to collect, staff was very helpful. Was a large fragile item, received in great condition with no issue.

(Update) they are now suddenly able to deliver to my area with no further complaints, I am happy now and they have seem to taken my complaint seriously, I see their vans regularly making deliveries in my area.
