My favorite massage place ever! It’s the best in town! Good environment, great service. Penna, one of the best massage therapists here, she is absolutely amazing!! Very professional and comfortable experience keep me coming back for so many times. The price might be not cheap but it’s definitely worth what you have paid.

I got the deep tissue massage for one hour. This was a very intense massage; the very first thing after some light foot massage was leg and back crawls using knees which was quite a lot to start out with. Once I was relaxed, it felt good though. The ambience had a number of rough spots -- the music was the same song on loop for an hour, and during my massage people came into and out of the room a couple times. The therapist also opened the door a bit as she was working, I assume because of the warmth in the room, but it was still a bit odd to be as exposed as one is during a massage with a door to a hallway cracked. The most frustrating part was fifteen minutes in, right as I was sinking into relaxed bliss, they had to change the room I was in so I had to get up and get re-situated in another room; entering the bright hallway and getting robed/disrobed again completely killed my vibe and took me another 15 minutes to get settled into that zone again, at which point the massage was half over. The body work was 4/5 stars, but the experience overall was rough, unfortunately.

One of the best massage services in Auckland, the reviews don't lie! I've frequented high end places such as East Day Spa, The Facialist, Onsen's full day spa experience, but will continue to return to Aroma. Do yourself a favour and tack on a 30m Indian head massage at the end of your 60m full body massage, you'll be levitating for days!

Best massage I've ever had! Booked super last minute and they were more than happy to have me. I had a 30 minute Thai massage but she was so talented that it felt like 1 hour! The price point for this place is reasonable too. There is an elevator to get up there which was appreciated as no one wants to use stairs after a massage. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars - truly the best massage in Auckland.
