Still waiting in line after two hours before i remembered to review, my injured brother is in there while I'm waiting outside cos of the annoying body heat of a bunch of people in a small waiting room

The receptionist just had no care or interest in the pain I took my granny in with. I was shocked that she's in a field where she was supposed to care and be helpful to people but she just couldn't be bothered. The wait time is ridiculously long too. My granny is in immense pain but been waiting nearly 2 hours now. Not my first time having a bad experience here.

The receptionist clearly doesn't like her job and doesn't want to be there. Other than that, if you're happy to wait 4 hours on a Tuesday evening to be seen with a fever of 39.8, it's a very impressive building and you can see where your 120 goes

Waiting time was insane, been waited for 3.5 hrs from 8pm -11:30pm. The receptionist and the nurse was lovely but terrible experience. I ended up going home.
