Yes I do agreed with previous review ... the doctors are great so far , but receptionist is terrible. No follows up , email is not professional at all , no greetting when walking into the reception . Feel abit racist at one point , too bad I have to stick with the doctor (because he is great) , or else I would have choose another place because of the receptionists . :

The admin service is quite terrible at this clinic. Firstly they do not answer any calls, it goes directly to an automated after hours message even though we called many times during open hours. I had to then book the appointment via email. In terms of emails and bookings, the responses are really slack. When we managed to book an appointment, they did not tell us who this would be with. My mum's GP required her to get an appointment as soon as possible with a female specialist and they could not get us one. I can understand all the specialists are quite busy and booked out at least a week in advance but it would have been good if the admin staff were more clear in their responses and provided some solutions for the mean time. I've canceled mum's appointment and she is going to see another specialist. For a medical clinic I'm quite disappointed with the lack of communication and promptness.

I had to see gynaecologist urgently this morning since my symptom was getting worse but it was impossible to book one urgently on that day. I found Ascot online and rang them to see if they could put me on urgent list and they squeezed me in for urgent care. Dr Andrew gave me great treatment. They saved my day. I highly recommend Ascot womens clinic.
