My wife was attended for 12 weeks of nuchal scan for pregnancy. Other normal radiologists in Auckland charge 50 for nuchal scan, but they charge 110 for same nuchal scan which was more than double price. I expected more professional and better service, however trainee was attended and supervisor was sit back at rear desk and having a tea during trainee was scanning my wife until she was stucked. I understand trainee need more field experience and training, but it's different story, if customers pay more to get better service. There was nothing professional and no reason to pay more than double price. I'll definitely not go back to Ascot Radiologists in Parnel. Also I would not recommend to others.

The staff members are professional and knowledgeable though a bit cold and distance. The price is a bit dear though it also includes follow-up, so it end up become quite reasonable.

My partner who is 6 months pregnant went to have an ultrasound scan and was treated in the most disrespectful manner and left with our two daughters very upset, I intend to make a formal complaint about the shocking service my partner received.8th May 2015: Because we dared to complain and wasn't happy with the service and asked for a written apology we have now been informed by their MD/Radiologist Dr David.R that we are no longer to use their services and there has been to quote him "A Complete breakdown in the clinical relationship" so much for the "Caring" profession!
