I would strongly recommend finding someone else to do your work for you. - Their communication, past the initial quote stage, is poor to the point of non-existence at times. - Their project management is very poor, even with their own staff trades people. They simply farm the work out with no followup. - Some of their contractors are ok, but they seem happy to leave a job not fully done and leave it up to client to chase up with Ask Metro... which leads back to the non-existent communication. If I had a choice I wouldn't use them again and wish they'd never been forced upon us by our insurance company.
